Abstract

The study examined the problems of application of skilled workers blended learning. The use of the concept of learning objects for presentation of educational information. Determined that the design and use of learning objects is consistent with the principles of the modular approach to shaping the content of vocational training, which was proposed by the International Labour Organization. Proved technology blended learning can make training skilled workers more flexible, open and mobile and forming semantic content using learning objects will increase the quality and effectiveness of training.
