Abstract

On the basis of analysis of the heritage of Sukhomlynsky presents theoretical, scientific and methodological approaches to the management of secondary schools. Author determined the possible solutions to the problems modern school management based on the ideas of the famous scientist and educator, drawn attention to various aspects of management of the school principal, shows the main stages and features developed and tested new technology of professional managers of secondary schools in the system of postgraduate education - scientific methodological support.
