Abstract

The theoretical and methodological, economic and organizational aspects of developing and using of staff potential, global trends that determine the external influences on the development of education systems PP education found out in the article; the methodology for the formation of staff potential of the system of PP education based on a structural transformation taking into account the global trends of socio-economic development and priorities of global research is grounded in the article; the problem of systemic personnel management as the most important in modern personnel management is modified in the article.
