Abstract

In the article the pedagogical experience of teachers, who developed and enriched throughout his practice, and knowledge are becoming a flexible and competent in practical work with students, and optimize its pedagogical action. Pedagogical experience is the aggregate knowledge, abilities and skills obtained as a teacher in the process of teaching and educational work; creative, active learning and implementing it in practice and principles of pedagogy tailored to actual problems and specific conditions, the characteristics of the students and the teacher.
