Abstract
In the article the analysis of philosophical approaches to education of the Danish philosopher, scientific N.F.S.Grundtvig are given; the basic ideas of his concept which have been based system of adult education in the Scandinavian countries are defined and proved; the urgency and an opportunity of their usage at reforming system of the adult education in Ukraine are defined.
