Abstract

The article considers psychological and pedagogical problems of pedagogical interaction in the process of vocational training. The author proves logical sequence of general pedagogical, didactic, and psychological principles to provide the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction in order to form professionally significant features of a personality as a specialist and patrial.
