Abstract
The philosophical and psychological maintenance of concept of a unification which at different stages of scientific growth it was understood as an original ideal not only personal becoming, but also social development reveals. It is revealed, that a unification in personal measurement connect, first of all, with comprehension of unity of ethnos, mankind, all forms of a life on a planet. Opposite to a unification there is a concept of dissociation, delimitation, animosities. By to a unification there is a spiritual development of the person that can be provided through creation of the psychological and pedagogical conditions favorable for formation of spiritual elite of a society.
