Abstract

Given the philosophical, cultural, psychological and pedagogical meaning of communicative culture and determine its nature in the context of the formation of future professionals in the service sector, the article justified personality oriented, activity and competency approaches as ensure optimization of their personal and professional skills in the process of communication culture.
