Abstract

In the submitted work the interrelation between development of spiritual potential and becoming of professionalism of the person in process of age changes is opened. The offered author's variant of system of spiritual development of the person has such conducting attributes as integrity (all age periods are considered in uniform vital space from the period before birth development, birthes and to death of the person); functionality (an establishment of functional dependence of mental processes in time) and interconditionality of the vital periods (consideration of the maintenance(contents) of each age period as the sums of maintenances previous and basis of the further mental maintenances. Generalization submitted the system of spiritual development of the person gives the basis to consider human life in Evolutionary – historical measurement as an opportunity to make an individual payment in a treasury of the World spiritual experience and to confirm expediency of own existence. Professional competence of the person of association with high spiritual potential provide complete self-realization of the professional in the elected activity.
