Abstract

The functional subsystem of the Internet portal “National academy of pedagogical sciences of Ukraine. Planning of scientific researches” is described in the article. Analyze and classification of documents from planning of scientific research are made; the groups of users which have licenses on working of separate types of documents are determined; procedure of creation of new documents on planning of science researches is showed. On the example of creation of document Query for opening of theme of scientific research (Query) the sequence of executions of user of the system is in detail considered: creation of new folder on the page of NDR of scientific establishment, template of document Query filling, folder’s content updating.
