Abstract

Author developed criterion and level structure of professional skills of graphic design teachers, presented by two components, each of which is characterized by four criteria. The first component is pedagogical skills (value-motivation, competence and qualification, reflexive-operative, communicative and activity criteria criteria); the second component – design skill (art, artistic, computer, project criteria).
