Abstract
The basic principles of the authorial methodology of psychotherapeutic assistance named as the Psychotherapeutic Travel Alone (PTA) are developed and systematized. It is shown that the use of these principles is necessary for achieving a positive psychotherapeutic effect. The role of a psychotherapist in preparation of a patient to the PTA is determined and specified. It is ascertained that an active application of suggestion is necessary during realization of the PTA.
