Abstract
Dissertation for submitting a scientific degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences on specialty 13.00.04 – theory and methodology of vocational training. – Vinnytsya State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsyubynskyy of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Vinnytsya, 2012. The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the problems of improving future medical workers’ professional training by forming their professional and ethical culture while learning the Humanitarian subjects at medical сolleges. Based on the analysis of methodological and psycho-pedagogical aspects of medical workers’ professional culture, its moral and ethical component is grounded, the role of the Humanitarian training in forming future medical workers’ professional and moral and ethical qualities is revealed. The demands for medical workers’ professional and ethical culture are determined and it allows the author to suggest the criteria, components and estimating methods of future medical workers’ professional and ethical culture. The concept basis are determined and pedagogical conditions of forming future medical workers’ professional and ethical culture are elaborated; the methods of its formation using interactive teaching technologies while learning History and Cultural Studies at medical colleges are suggested. The ways of improving forms, methods and means of formation of a personality’s professional and ethical culture while learning History and Cultural Studies are suggested.
