Abstract
Among the major scientific, technical, social, economic problems today the problems of informatization i.e. creation of system of effective supply of duly, possible and exhaustive data of all socially significant kinds of human activity, conditions for the operative, and all-round analysis of researched processes and the phenomena, forecasting of their development, prediction of consequences of the taken decisions are especially actual.
