Abstract

Based on the analysis of public and international studies, and by studying the legal framework , we have formulated the concept of " informal education" , using a systematic and procedural approach: informal education - a system of agencies, institutions, NGOs , associations which meet educational needs of citizens, not posing with a state diploma ; informal education - the process of educational development of citizens in a non-school institutions, NGOs , associations , associations of institutions that do not issue a diploma or certificate state. In addition, non-formal education covers extracurricular , self-education and other formal education . Then , information support non-formal education - a system of exchange of information on educational activities and training and efficiency through information and communication technologies.
