Abstract
One of the most important elements of culture in general, which characterizes the material and intellectual development of society is information culture which is tightly connected to informatization i.e. creation of system of effective supply of duly, possible and exhaustive data of all socially significant kinds of human activity, conditions for the operative, and all-round analysis of researched processes and the phenomena, forecasting of their development, prediction of consequences of the taken decisions.
