Abstract

Information System "Research" (hereinafter IS "Research") was established on the tasks the National Informatization Program, which includes the task of informatization of education, development and implementation of information and analytic technology. IS "Research" - is a complex software system designed to reduce unproductive labor and material costs by automating routine operations at all stages of documentary support to research work performed in scientific institutions NAPS Ukraine. Design IS "Research" conducted staff development department of electronic information resources and network technology - leading scientists and engineers (programmers). The quality and speed of teamwork programmers in the development of complex software systems largely depends on the interaction between team members, exchange of experience and mutual assistance in solving complex problems. A very important role in this process plays a common inspection program code (Eng. Code review or code inspection).
