Abstract
The theoretical and methodological principles and the leading principles of development of art and esthetic culture of future skilled workers, and also the main tasks of teachers of professional educational institutions, concerning its development in future skilled workers are defined. Practical realization of the theoretical and methodological principles of formation of art and esthetic culture of student's youth demands from pedagogical employees of professional educational institutions of use in teaching and educational process of the appropriate pedagogical technologies.
