Abstract

Methodological approaches to evaluating of learning tools quality annotation The article presents an analysis of scientific and methodological approaches and theoretical foundations of quality evaluation of electronic learning tools in education. There are methods and ways of organizing stages of scientific and pedagogical studies of quality evaluation of training tools as a part of the learning environment. Guidance for the organization of scientific-pedagogical experiment is provided.
