Abstract

The article is devoted to the view of possibilities to apply dialogical methods in psychological support of the pedagogue's work. As an aim of such a support forming the spiritual culture in the context of professionalism is considered. The special attention is paid to development of self-consciensness as a component of personality spiritual culture.
