Abstract

Informatization of Education is directed on constant improve the quality of education ensuring the youth’ competitiveness in the global economic market. This process involves the implementation of the open education principles. It is characterized by significant targeted and content technological changes that take place systematic in educational systems both at the level computer-oriented learning tools, their sets and systems, and on the level of ICT tools and support the educational process. It is found out and proved that the main purpose of further development of education should be providing individual trajectory of formation and development of the creative individual student. There are singled out tasks of computer-technology platform of perspective development for information and educational environment.
