Abstract

The article describes the features of small rural schools and the conditions of the individual in the educational process of the institution, which operates within the structure of the educational district. The analysis of pedagogical heritage of Sukhomlinsky singled out his strong views on the role of rural schools and its impact on personal development, which serves as a methodological basis in the implementation of the educational process. Conditions outlined in personality development of small rural school and its relationship with other institutions that operate as agents of educational district.
