Abstract
This article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of healthy lifestyle. The author shows that the formation of future professional health of future spesialiats involves the formation of the personal and professional competencies, values and attitudes to health care at all stages of professional development on the basis of conscious perception of their own health as a factor of the effective professional fulfillment in real professional environment.
