Abstract
The Handbook offers a complex of exercises designed for development of psychological culture of healthy lifestyle (HLS) in terms of training and education. The content of the workshop is based on socio-psychological-individual measurement of the personality by professor V.V.Rybalko, that includes exercises aimed at the development of a healthy social and psychological climate in collective; motivation healthy lifestyles; sanogene social self-realization; sanogenic traits; reflection as awareness of the relationship status of their health and lifestyle; experience of application of knowledge, skills of psychological methods of maintaining health; creative activity on the subject of healthy lifestyles; dogs hopesylogina readiness of the individual to education (labour). Contains exercises and recommendations for the formation of psychosomatic, psychological, social, spiritual aspects of healthy lifestyles.
