Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of professional development of modern personality in order to ensure effective implementation of professional activity and to achieve the professional success. Those are connected with the importance of the realization of systematic acquisition of appropriate personal and professional competencies and better understanding of each other, the evaluation of the personal abilities, traits, knowledge, interests, aptitudes and abilities achieving the personal and professional goals.
