Abstract

This article deals with the analysis and consideration of methodological approaches in determining the forms of support and assistance to the person in professional self-determination. The author pays attention to the fact that professional self-identity should include the possibility of free professional choice with effective self-development at all stages of life providing appropriate assistance in adequate perception of the socio-economic changes, conscious perception of the goals and motives of professional activities and opportunities for further career growth.
