Abstract

This monograph is devoted to topical issues of professional development of managers and teaching staff of secondary schools in Postgraduate Education (PPO) regional level. By Lugansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education reviewed scientific basis to create a modern air defense system in the region, innovative technology defenses, defined development prospects air defense system as a system of adult education. It is noted that the defense system is influenced by socio-economic changes taking place in society at the regional level provides continuous professional development of teachers, their mastery of competencies related to professional educational activities on democratic principles, the transition to the new structure and content of education, rapid spread of information and communication technologies. Please find attached some materials that illustrate the activities of the Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education on the development of professional teaching staff of general secondary education. The book is intended for researchers, academics, heads of the education system at various levels, undergraduates and students, teaching staff, all the other readers who are interested in the development of postgraduate education, or whose professional activity is connected with the system of postgraduate education in general.
