Abstract

In the scientific-industrial production is presented method of diagnostic of peculiarities and levels of psychological readiness of heads of educational organizations to work in terms of changes as a result of their psychological training , which is developed and tested in the execution of research "Psychological preparation Heads of educational institutions to work in terms of change "(State registration number 0112U000700). Appointed for heads of educational organizations; science teachers employees of Postgraduate Education, engaged monitoring the quality of psychological training of educators; psychologists who work in education; scientists who study the psychological problems improve management and Postgraduate Education; all those who are interested in self-knowledge and self-development.
