Abstract
The theoretical and practical aspects of a professional self-development of a modern personality are reflected in the article. Attention is accented on the fact that professional self-development of a modern personality foresees acquiring modern competencies, adequate perception of socio-economic requirements and necessities, deliberate perception of aims and reasons for professional activity in acquiring market values, planning of one’s own course in professional self-development.
