Abstract

In a methodical manual the results of experimental researches are presented in industries of theory and method of professional orientation, labour and professional educations; the problems of professional self-determination of studying young people are exposed in the conditions of development of market processes; grounded and the methods of psychoactivator of professional self-determination of studying young people are systematized in the process of capture by them to the select working profession in the system of professionally and technical; traditional and perspective directions of developing psychological and pedagogical and diagnostic accompaniment a professional orientation are outlined student, which provide realization personality unfolded in time and in relation to the independent search of professions recognition, foremost, own interests and possibilities, and only afterwards the states of affairs of labour-market workings professions.
