Abstract

The article presents the results of the empirical investigation of main directions, resources and conditions of organizational development of educational organizations. The author discusses achievements and limitations of educational organizations’ development as well as the role of psychological resources in organizational development. The reader will find a comparative analysis of organizational development of educational organizations of traditional and innovative types.
