Abstract

The article deals with the main aspects of management of vocational schools as an open system that develops and organizes itself. Office open system of vocational education defined as the interaction possibilities of decentralized samorehulyatsiynyh branch of government from outside government regulation, which limited monitoring and evaluation of the VET system to achieve the desired result.
