Abstract

The article explains the essence of the technological approach to psychological support of the organization (its content, advantages and limitations, forms of application, the essence of psychological and organizational technologies, main stages of their development, etc.). The author presents the content, structure and interactive technologies of the training "Psychology of organizational development of educational organizations" developed on the basis of the technological approach for full-time and distance forms of educational organization managers’ refresher training in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education.
