Abstract
The author considers the contents and structure of the seminar-training in the development of leaders’ psychological decision-making readiness in conditions of organizational development paying much attention to the analyses of the training’s aims and organizational forms, as well as the leaders’ knowledge, skills and attributes relevant to the effective decision-making in conditions of organizational development.
