Abstract

The article reveals the essence of organizational development and its essential characteristics. The author substantiates the significance of organizational development for educational organizations and, based on the results of empirical research, analyzes the educational institution personnel’s assessment of psychological factors and conditions of organizational development identifying common trends and differences in the assessment by the personnel of the educational institutions of traditional and innovative types.
