Abstract

The skilled teaching is the important mechanism of general secondary education quality assurance. A problem of vocational pedagogical education and school education quality assurance has always been the object of scientific and practical interest of scientists. The research of German experience is important from the point of effective strategies using for general secondary education quality assurance in Ukraine. In particular, questions of training and increasing of pedagogical personnel qualifications has always been in the centre of government elucidative politics in Germany. It is confirmed by development of legislative base, claim of single teachers’ training standards as well as input of the complex system in relation to teachers training qualifications increasing during their professional activity in order to improve the quality of their work.
