Abstract

The articles provides the findings of informational and analytical competence model personality-valued component of a vocational educational establishment leader as educational system. Its components are orientation and motivation for informational and analytical activity while managing a vocational educational establishment. Reflective thinking occupies a special place both in the development of personality traits of a leader and in the enhancement of their informational and analytical competence.
