Abstract

In the monograph the historical and theoretical-methodological analysis of the problem of formation and development of the cloud-based educational and research environment of the university is fulfilled, the stages of its evolution are revealed; the basic conceptual terminology of the research is clarified; the tendencies, principles of formation and development of the cloud-based educational and research environment of higher educational institution are grounded; the system of models of formation and development is proposed; the methodical system of formation and development of the cloud-based educational and scientific environment of higher educational institution is elaborated and experimentally verified.
