Abstract

The pedagogical phenomenon of worked out V. А. Sуchоmlinskim is analysed to educator conception incarnate in activity of Pavlushskoy of school from the point of view of her innovative potential and universality of ideas. Two groups of his innovation achievements are distinguished: at the level of ideas and methodical-applied. Attention is accented on a necessity to question the right on existence and confession of the ideas, that were not standard for a soviet world view: deep veritable nationality of position, closeness to traditions of the Ukrainian culture, confession by educational priority and higher value personality of child. It is indicated that V. А. Sуchomlinskiy became the original continuer of philosophical individual tradition G. S. Skovoroda by facilities of pedagogics, asserting that in development of the inner world of child the source of human heart is creative labour (that is the certificate of indissoluble connection of moral traditions of Ukrainians. It is indicated on an innovation in area of establishment and maintenance of school-domestic traditions of education, on creation of V. А. Sуchоmlinskim "Paternal school", defending to them priority of domestic, paternal education. It is summarized, that the complexes of innovative ideas of V. А. Sуchоmlinskogo have an universal pedagogical value.
