Abstract
The author has analyzed the influence of globalization and advanced information and communication technology on professional staff development in the following areas: informatization of education, innovative forms and methods of teaching, learning organization, interorganizational new growth integration. Informatization of education is associated with electronic, interactive multimedia software that in conjunction with the Internet staff provides unlimited possibilities for learning and self-education. New forms and methods ensure the development of business in general and professional and personal development of staff. Every successful company is becoming a continuous learning organization and each employee updates the knowledge, abilities and skills throughout the life. Academic and research institutions arrange joint ventures with the business, learning from the experience and getting knowledge in commercial structures.
