Abstract

To dialogue should get used to learn to listen to the interlocutor, to understand another person, to think together to realize common objectives, to combine efforts to address mutually important issues. Especially important this question arises in education, because this dimension of dialogical relationship between the subjects of communication acquire the most delicate features, and involves solving situations that require great care and tact, among which determine: educational conflicts, overcome selfish behaviour, mediation, exchange of views, search collegiate position.
