Abstract

Political practice of political and administrative elite formation during the period of independent Ukraine is examined in the article. Factors that affect this process are singled out, as well as the dangers of deepening of political risks are analyzed. Attention is accented on the necessity of countering threats of modern social development through introduction of integrative, consolidating principles in the activities of political elites.
