Abstract

The problems of designing services and cloud computing technologies belong to the priority in the field of information. This is evidenced by a number of government initiatives in different countries and the adoption of international instruments such as the "Federal strategy on cloud computing» ("Federal Cloud Computing Strategy"), published in February 2011, the European strategy of "Unleashing the potential of cloud computing in Europe» ("Unleashing the potential of cloud computing in Europe "), launched in 2012, and others are under cloud computing a priority recognized technological development.
