Abstract

With the aim of improving the quality of science and education, to prevent the use of someone else's intellectual property on the Internet to fight plagiarism by programmers around the world created many different systems of antiplagiarism. Plagiarism in scientific works, candidate and doctoral dissertations in recent years have received wide dissemination in Ukraine and throughout the world, undermines the system of science and education. To combat this phenomenon occurs, the main task – implementation of high academic standards and professional ethical standards.
