Abstract
Описано основні підходи до управління інформаційними ресурсами ЕБ та рекомендовано, щоб підготовка та електронне опрацювання документів здійснювалося авторами та редакторами ЕБ, які виділяються зі штату установи. Проект планується втілювати централізовано, тобто будується єдине сховище, у якому виділяються робочі області для кожної з установ.
