Abstract

Urgent needs of modernization of the system of long-term development education of Ukraine special role in which is assigned to the post-graduate education are highlighted in the article. Expediency of scale management of information and communication technologies in the teaching and learning process during teachers` refresher, which necessitates the development of computer-oriented learning environment postgraduate teacher traing courses education institutions is based on analysis of the concepts of "environment", "learning environment", the notion of "computer-oriented learning environment postgraduate teacher education institutions," describes the features and components of the computer identified oriented learning environment postgraduate teacher education institutions, subjects and objects are highlighted its standardization process, the expediency of computer-oriented learning environment postgraduate teacher education institution, its place in the system of long-term development education.
