Abstract

The introduction of information technology in teacher professional activity is a fact today, as the key structural changes in society informatization is - the process of penetration of ICT, computers and telecommunications in all spheres of human diyalnosti.Novi economic and social features of the global knowledge society necessitate the development of new key competencies the knowledge society - professional, social and information, including IR is competence can effectively create and develop professional and social competence. Information educational environment at school today includes electronic educational materials, electronic libraries, digital lab, "electronic" journals and magazines, each school must have a personal school site environment for e-learning and portfolios of students and teachers and others. The second important trend of the spread of school education "cloud technology" and global learning platforms. All these factors taken into account in establishing training programs and teacher training in the Czech Republic.
