Abstract

The article is devoted improving the skills of teachers of Ukrainian language and literature in the organization of vocational and educational communication. Reveals the innovative role and function in a philologist updated language and literary paradigm. Thoroughly examined the causes of communicative-situational barriers to careers teacher-philologist. In the specific examples offered ways suggested ways to overcome them.
