Abstract
Innovative methods of workforce development of an enterprise and their specific features are represented in the article. Learning managing system, Head’s training, business-simulative game, program “Project manager”, competition for best business project, talent management or “talent-pool” design belong to non-standard methods of workforce development of an enterprise. The actuality of following research is proved via the lack of theoretical researches on the following methods’ use in the training practice of an enterprise under the conditions of high-technological production and the lack of heads and pedagogical staff’s knowledge on the following issues. Workforce and “talent” development, Head’s training, efficiency of game methods according to the need and possibilities of an enterprise are emphasized. It will force the competitiveness of an enterprise at the goods and service market.
