Abstract

Contradictions between new social-economical conditions and traditional system of education, dynamic changes in the labour market and deepening of employers’ demands into personal and professional qualities of schoolleavers require the search of new approaches in the preparation of future trained specialists. The article exposes the actuality of competitive approach during the formation of the context of professional education of qualified commercial specialists in conditions of innovative development of state education, renewal of paradigm of professional education.
